Growing up in Tamil Nadu, we were surrounded by the wisdom of our grandmothers—using kasthuri manjal (wild turmeric) for glowing skin, kuppaimeni to heal rashes, or neem leaves to purify the body. These remedies worked wonders—without preservatives, parabens, or artificial fragrances.

But as modern lifestyles took over, such traditions faded away.
