🔁 Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Gomuki Herbals, we pour our heart into every product we create. Each soap, oil, and herbal blend is handcrafted in small batches to ensure freshness and purity. Because of this personalized nature, we follow a transparent and fair Cancellation and Refund Policy to protect both you and our team’s efforts.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellation

We understand—sometimes plans change.

  • You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing us at support@gomukiherbals.com or messaging us on WhatsApp.
  • After 2 hours, your order is likely to have entered the preparation or dispatch phase. In that case, cancellation may not be possible.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


2. Return Policy

Due to hygiene, safety, and freshness concerns, we do not accept product returns for reasons like:

  • Personal dislike of fragrance, texture, or color
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Allergic reactions (as natural reactions can vary by skin type)

We strongly recommend doing a patch test before full application.


3. Refunds and Replacements

We offer refunds or free replacements only in the following genuine cases:

Eligible for Refund/Replacement if:

  • The product was damaged or leaking when it arrived
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product was missing from the package

To process a refund or replacement:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Send us a clear photo of the damaged/wrong/missing product
  • Share your order number and contact details

Once verified, we will:

  • Send a replacement product at no extra cost, OR
  • Provide a store credit/refund to your original payment method (based on your preference)

Please allow 7–10 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank or wallet account.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • Delay in delivery due to courier partner issues or natural disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping address or contact details provided by customer
  • Product returned without approval
  • Packages marked “delivered” by courier but not received (we’ll help investigate but refund depends on courier verification)

5. Exchange Policy

We do not accept exchanges, as every product is made-to-order. If you received the wrong item, we’ll replace it free of charge.


6. Bulk Order Policy

For corporate gifts, wedding favors, or large quantity orders:

  • Cancellations are only accepted within 6 hours of placing the order.
  • Due to the custom nature of bulk batches, refunds are not possible once production begins.
