Welcome to Gomuki Herbals! We’re thrilled that you’re choosing our handmade, organic herbal soaps, oils, and powders — because when you feel great, we feel great too. Here’s everything you need to know about how your goodies get from us to you.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders placed on the website are processed Monday through Saturday, from approximately 9 AM to 6 PM (IST).
  • Once you complete checkout, we’ll send a confirmation email (or WhatsApp message, if you opted in) with your order and estimated ship date.
  • Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation, as long as the items are in stock and no unusual delays crop up.
  • In case we run out of a product temporarily, we’ll reach out by email/phone with a revised timeframe or alternative option.

2. Shipping Zones & Delivery Times

We ship across India 🇮🇳

  • Tamil Nadu & immediate neighbouring states: 2–4 business days
  • All-India (rest of India): 4–8 business days
  • Remote / hilly areas / outside main metro networks: may take up to 10 business days
    These are estimates — actual delivery can vary based on courier partner, local conditions, and any public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders with a cart value of ₹ 499 or above.
  • For orders under ₹ 499, a flat shipping fee of ₹ X (insert your standard fee) applies.
  • Free-shipping offers may exclude extremely remote pin-codes or bulky orders — if that’s applicable, we’ll inform you prior to dispatch.

4. Courier / Shipping Partners

  • We partner with trusted courier services for reliable nationwide coverage.
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp so you can monitor the parcel’s journey.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address. If you’re unavailable and the courier returns the package, additional redelivery or return shipping charges may apply.

5. International Shipping (Optional)

6. Packaging

  • We take herbal goodness seriously — so your products are packed with care: cushioned, sealed, and labelled.
  • For soaps and oils especially, we use protective wrapping to guard against breakage and spoilage in transit.
  • If you receive an item that appears damaged, bent, or leaking, please take photos and notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can help.

7. Delays & What If Something’s Late

  • While we aim for the timelines above, occasional delays happen (e.g., extreme weather, courier back-log, regional strikes).
  • If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days beyond the estimated time, please contact us and we’ll investigate.
  • We’re not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs clearance (for international orders), or refusal of delivery by the customer.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to change your shipping address, contact us before your order dispatches (email/WhatsApp). Once it’s dispatched, address changes may incur extra fees.
  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it (provided it hasn’t been dispatched). After dispatch, cancellations are not possible — you’d need to follow our Returns/Refund Policy.

9. Returns / Exchanges – Shipping Related

  • If you receive a wrong product or a damaged one, let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for either a replacement or refund — and handle the shipping back if the fault was ours.
  • For change-of-mind returns, shipping back the item will be the customer’s responsibility (unless we specify otherwise).
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned in a hygienic condition (since they’re personal-care/herbal items) for us to accept it.
